	John Cross tel: 647-2158, jgbcross@umich.edu Instructional and Research Technical Support John maintains the department research labs and the computer classroom computer systems. He has a joint appointment in Linguistics and Communication Studies.
	Patricia Kardia tel: 763-0442, patmyers@umich.edu Business Administrator Patti manages departmental operations including supervision of the department staff, faculty appointments and concerns, financial analyses, budget management, computer purchases and support, and facilities and equipment management. She also serves as liaison between the Department and College.
	Kristen McLeod tel: 764-0353, kjmcleod@umich.edu Office Assistant Kristen is the receptionist for the Department, and the first stop if you need office or classroom supplies, help with the copier, fax, or printers, or require reimbursement of department members for University expenses.
	Sandie Petee tel: 936-7987, spetee@umich.edu Executive Secretary Sandie provides primary support to the Chair and assists with faculty issues, including searches, promotion, tenure, and faculty, executive,and committee meetings. She coordinates events for the department, including helping with the colloquium series.
	Sylvia Suttor tel: 936-3403, ssuttor@umich.edu Student Services Assistant Sylvia is the student services resource for the department. She assists graduate and undergraduate students in many capacities, such as financial aid, GSI appointments, admissions, concentration declaration, time schedule, registration, and overrides.
