Gift Opportunities

Thank you for considering a tax-deductible donation to the Department of Linguistics.

Your help is needed in many areas. The Department continues to develop new, often collaborative, teaching initiatives that highlight the interdisciplinary strengths of our faculty and interests of our students. We recognize the importance of regularly hosting events that bring in renowned linguists from around the country and the world. We understand the extraordinary value of research experience as part of students' undergraduate education, and aim to provide and support research and internship opportunities for our most talented undergraduate students. In recent years, we have offered all incoming graduate students a multi-year funding package, and we seek to continue to attract and support exceptional doctoral students. Of course, we also seek to recruit top faculty, and to provide them with the resources needed to remain at the forefront of research.

The Department of Linguistics has established a Strategic Opportunities Gift Fund to support these projects and endeavors. Gifts are a personal expression of support, often reflecting the specific interests and hopes of the donor.
